Development Specialist
In this role, you will help shape a growing advancement program by leading annual giving efforts, cultivating major donors, and helping launch the school’s upcoming capital campaign for its permanent campus. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with people who care deeply about the mission of classical Christian education and to help them see how their generosity can make that mission possible.
More than raising funds, this work is about inviting people into something meaningful, sharing the story of CLS, and building lasting partnerships.

Marketing and Communications Manager
The Marketing & Communications Manager serves as the primary steward of Carmel Latin School’s brand and institutional communications. This individual will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives that support admissions, advancement, fundraising, and community engagement. This role ensures that the CLS story is communicated clearly, consistently, and compellingly across every touchpoint—from prospective family communications and donor campaigns to publications, digital media, and community events.
